I'm over on the Seven Hills Crafts blog today with a new Valentine's inspired card project.
I had the Round About Hearts die from The Greetery out on my desk recently for a card I didn't end up using it on. So with the die already cut out and assembled to make the full circle, I thought I should put it to good use instead of tucking it back in the storage pocket with the die.
And thankfully, an idea quickly came to mind - I could pair the Round About Hearts with the Hoopla Mini and Hoopla Mini Inserts die to frame the sentiment on my card.

I layered up some patterned papers behind the Round About Hearts on my card base, using the large Crimped Frame die to add a border around the striped paper.
Once my little embroidery hoop was assembled, I stamped a sentiment from the Curio Labels set on one of the small sentiment strips in the Curio Divider and Details die set (currently out of stock, but you can subscribe to be notified when it's back) and finished off the hoop with a heart scored in half to create some dimension.
As a final finishing touch, I added sparkly sequins around the frame.
