Well, looking out my window, Mother Nature is certainly embracing the "rain" aspect of the card project I'm sharing today!
Not much sun on the horizon right now, but hopefully there'll be some rainbows later, a bit like this card:

Stencil: Simon Says Stamp - Clouds For Days
I've actually made 5 versions of this card, as the Rainbow Card Cover die from The Stamp Market needed to go through my Big Shot five times to create one rainbow, so you may as well make multiples with the rest of the die cuts.
Once the rainbow was stuck down on the front of my white card base, I used the Clouds for Days stencil from Simon Says Stamp to add the cloud details with Sea Glass ink, which really lifted the rainbow to a new dimension.
For my sentiments, I used the Eat Cake set from The Stamp Market (it's discontinued now, but I love how closely the dies cut around the text) and one of the Tear Strip Tags Birthday banners from The Greetery.
As a final sparkly touch, I added a few crystal sequins and gems.
