Do you ever just have the urge to power on through a craft session and make multiples in one go?
I rarely do, I'm not a very methodical crafter - things tend to evolve organically.
But I was in much need of some card basket replenishment a few weeks ago and decided to put a few underused supplies to work by varying a simple design concept:

As the mini rainbow die I wanted to use called for at least 7 colours, I decided I might as well make 7 cards at the same time and be methodical for a change.
They all feature greetings from the Eat Cake stamp set from The Stamp Market:
The retro colour vibes of the rainbow went so well against a cream background, which made the white scallop frame and outline for the sentiments stand out even better. I definitely didn't want a white background for the overall card, so used up my remaining stash of Kraft note cards (just 7 left - it was meant to be!) and added complimentary panels of cardstock from an old DCWV stack for extra colour pop. Before sticking the cardstock panels, I dug out my ancient Basic Grey file set to give the edges a bit of distressing.
