DCM - Bottles

Morning!

For this week's Daring Cardmakers challenge, Ruth wants us to feature bottles (perhaps 10 green bottles!) on our cards.

Here's my take that features 7 bottles, not quite 10!

Stamps: Avery Elle - The Man (r), MFT - Big Birthday Wishes
Dies: Avery Elle - The Man (r), Paper Smooches - Birthday Words (r)

To fit those 7 bottles on the card, I needed to go the slimline route.

This first card has them lined up in landscape format, using Press-n-seal to hold the lined up bottles in place before adding foam tape to the back and attaching the bottles to the card front.

All the supplies for these cards except the ink and cardstock are rather vintage purchases.

But they came in handy for this challenge!

With the landscape card finished, I thought I'd make a portrait take on the design using tone-on-tone stamping on the die-cut bottles:

Dies: Avery Elle - The Man (r), Paper Smooches - Birthday Words (r)

Again, clean and simple was the way to go, and thankfully the bold stamped sentiments fit just in the remaining white space. :)
