Hello all!
Well, can you believe it? We're on the final stretch of 2019.
For this month's prompt we're looking to the outdoors and harvest (perhaps even a little spookiness):
So here are a few ideas to get you started:
- Foliage, trees, woodland
- Autumnal scenes
- Give thanks
- Little houses - think winter village scenes, new home cards, a haunted house
- Pumpkins - even a little pumpkin spice seems to be making the rounds in crafting so you could even go with coffee
- Circle patterns - dots, stacked circles (like the pumpkin tower) remind me of pompom trim
- Wreaths for all season - great if you have wreath-style stamps, but you can also build your own wreaths with boughs and seasonal elements
- Wildflower silhouettes - try stamping grass or meadow flowers in black on a blended background
- A greeting with "Happy" in the phrase
- Floral background paper
- Garden, kitchen or farm themes (Farmer's Market from Carta Bella comes to mind and I think there's an autumnal version of this line too)
- A triangle - that slice of cake made me think triangles, which also makes me think of Christmas trees
- Buffalo plaid and checked patterns
- And last but not least, go all out for Halloween!
Hopefully there are a few grains of inspiration there that will tempt you to give this challenge a go! :)
Fabulous ideas there Nat.
