The new additions to my playlist which may seem a little random, but that's what happens when you are watching Later with Jools Holland late at night while already making music purchases... I mean most of my playlist is apparently "Alternative" according to Apple Music.. but whatever!
I'd already had a couple of songs from LP in my basket including Lost on You and Tokyo Sunrise...
Then on comes Beth Ditto with this rather catchy number:
And then well, I seem to have fallen down the Faroese rabbit hole listening to Eivør after her acoustic performance on the show of Trøllabundin, so I purchased her latest album Slør which has some wonderful tracks on it.
An English version of the album is due out shortly, I might get it once I hear more of the tracks, but there's something magical and more lyrical about it being in her native tongue.
