Morning folks!
Well here we are with a brand new elemental inspiration challenge over on the Daring Cardmakers blog.
This month's photo comes from Svenja and it includes quite a few possibilities for interpretation:
As it's September I'm starting to feel a little panicked about the minimal Christmas card production that I've managed so far this year. It's time to get back on track and start getting those festive cards made!
The elements I went with were trying to mirror the scene in the photo, with the trees, shore, water, and hill in the background.
Paper and stickers: Pebbles Inc
Dies: Lawn Fawn, Mama Elephant
Other: 3D foam tape, glitter paper
Bless that little bundled up penguin by the side of the frozen lake. :) The glitter paper in the Heidi Swapp Marquee pad goes so well with this winter line Pebbles released last year. :)
I'll definitely be using up more bits and bobs from this line in the run up to Christmas.
There are some lovely interpretations of this month's photo over on the blog so do check them out and come play along!
Here's to a happy crafty weekend!
Fab card! (There must have been something christmassy about that photo, really...) I love the glitter and penguins are ever so cute.
