2016 card challenge - April prompt catch-up

I've got another card to share today as I gradually catch up with the 2016 card challenge prompts.

You may remember this prompt for April:

It featured chevrons, some triangular geometric patterns and quite a bit of pink!

Here's what I made:

Paper: MME, Pebbles
Stamp: Lil' Inker Designs
Dies: Lil' Inker Designs, Lawn Fawn, Spellbinders
Chipboard heart: Crate Paper
Other: enamel dot, 3D foam tape, sequins

It's a take on an old idea I had, but it just works so nicely combining these "Seriously, you rock!" details from Lil' Inker Designs with a faceted/geometric heart accent. I will never get tired of that MME chevron paper either!

I still need to catch up on the April Christmas prompt but will do that when it is a little more seasonal and I have my pompom trim to hand. ;)
