2016 card challenge - February card

Well I'm back to share one of the cards I've made for this month's card challenge prompt - here's a reminder:

And here's my interpretation:

Paper: Pink Paislee
Stamps: PTI
Dies: Spellbinders
Other: 3D foam tape

I went for inspiration from the polka dots and almost rainbow like colour palette, overlapping hearts, stripes with white in between and a pretty font.

I tried out a technique I had seen in a video tutorial for the MISTI showing how to create a circle of hearts on a square background. Rather effective but think I will choose different colours and a solid stamp next time! :)

What a gorgeous card Nat, I love it all. The polka dot hearts are super and I love the mix of pretty colours and the stripy background card. It's really pretty and fresh.
