2015 card challenge - April sketch

Well, I finally had some time this weekend to attempt to be crafty. Sadly I was in a creative slump as everything I touched seemed to go wrong.

But I did hope to at least tackle one of the prompts from the April card challenge.

Here's the sketch:

I stuck pretty close to it as it gave me the idea to try out my new Painted flowers stamps by Altenew:

Paper: MME
Stamps: Altenew, WMS
Dies: Lil' Inker Designs, MFT, Mama Elephant
Other: watercolour paper, sewing machine, 3D foam

I quite like the rougher look of the dye inks on watercolour paper - adds a bit of texture. :) I sewed the greeting strip on, not that you can see it very well and added the always handy Mama Elephant bow as a finishing touch.
