It's the first Friday of the month so it's a brand new palette over on the Daring Cardmakers blog this week. :D
My first thought was a set of jungle stickers I had from Doodlebug - they are border stickers but every single shade in that image is covered by those stickers! But hm... a card just made up of random border stickers... I couldn't pull that off!
Nope, instead I thought about kraft and yellow and green... and reached for my trusty sheet of favourite green paper and the well-loved Just my type stamp and die set from MFT:
Paper: Crate Paper
Stamps: MFT, PTI
Dies: MFT, Lawn Fawn
Enamel dots: Basic Grey
Other: 3D foam, sewing machine
I also wanted a bit of pop on this card aside from the 3D foam, and cut random hearts from the yellow background paper with the fab hearts dies by Lawn Fawn. A nice alternative to the trusty butterflies usually punched with my Martha Stewart punch. ;o) I wanted them fluttering out of the typewriter with the greeting. :)
Do remember to check out the fantastic projects from the rest of the design team - plenty of inspiration to get you jump-started!
Happy weekend crafting!

Lovely, the colour and pattern combination remind me of elegant women in 50's tea dresses and pearls! Gorgeous as usual :)
