I'm just waiting for my jacket potato to finish baking in the oven so thought it was a good time to share my Christmas card for this week.
Here's a reminder of the colours for this week:
And here's my very simple card:
Paper: Pebbles
Dies: WPlus9, PTI, MFT
Stamp: WPlus9
Pearls: Kaisercraft
Other: dimensional paint, 3D foam
I think I managed to cover all the colours, except orange again!
This was my first outing for this lovely stitched holiday dies from WPlus9 that I snagged before Christmas but ran out of time to use. I really like how easily you can build a scene with them. :)
Before you tune in Monday for the next prompt, just a heads up to say the Daring Cardmakers are back in action this Friday with a new colour challenge to kick of 2014! If you're looking for more cardmaking inspiration for the weekend definitely check it out. :)
ooh my goodness those stitched dies are too cute - something else for my wish list, you are a bad influence!

What a drip i am!! Just joined in with the other Challenge and didn't realize there were two running together- What a BRILL idea! I never get my Christmas cards done in time - always a mad rush at the end and certainly don't want to start in July when it doesn't feel like Christmas! If I make one a week - alongside the other card, I can use almost the same stash! I am sure this is one of the reasons you started the challenge but I have only just realized - will catch up and play along :D

Oh that's lovely, I've already made a start on my cards for this year, I've done half using some old Christmas papers that I've had forever and the other half are using up last years cards - up to now I've made 62

Yep Sue, that's exactly the reason for this challenge - but since I have such a stockpile of Christmas stash (it is a real weakness for me) I usually delve into that since it's all to hand anyway. :)
Virginia, sound like you are doing well with your Christmas cards! Keep up the craftiness! hehe
