Rosettes galore!

This week over on the Daring Cardmakers blog it's my turn to host the last of our dares for September and to add a little pomp and ceremony, I challenged the design team and our lovely visitors to feature a rosette on their card this week.

It could be a paper rosette, a proper old ribbon rosette, or something even more creative like a rosette flower made of ribbon.

Plenty of possibilities.

Here's my card that I made to celebrate my Goddaughter's first birthday yesterday - has it already been a year??

Paper: MME
Stickers: MME
Dies: PTI, MFT, Sizzix, Magnolia
Glass stone: Prima
Other: Stickles, 3D foam, sewing machine

Since Anja has a real thing about owls, no idea where she could have got that from, I thought an owl definitely needed to feature on her first card. And also (if I remember) I think I will use this Owl stamp from My Cute Stamps on the inside for all her birthday cards here on out:
