This week over on the DCM blog Kathy has challenged us to create cards featuring something you might find on the beach.
Well, after my nautical card last weekend I decided to go with a lighthouse theme on this one in sandy beach shades.
I give you the view from a lighthouse:
Cardstock: Bazzill cardshoppe, PTI
Dies: Spellbinders
Stamps: PTI
Other: twine, 3D foam, pearl, Promarkers
The colours are so much nicer in real life - I just couldn't get a decent pic of this card for some reason. But never mind, there'll be more cards to photograph after the weekend I'm sure. ;o)
But first I will need to recover from tonight's birthday celebrations. I decided for my birthday that I wanted a Polish celebration - so ma is putting on a veritable feat of favourites and there will definitely be vodka involved. I just need to remember to defrost my birthday cake!
You really ought to submit this card to a mag as it is absolutely amazing. And pemblwydd hapus i ti!
