Morning everyone!
We've officially reached the half-way point in this year's challenge. :o)
And I'm especially glad that I've managed to get all caught up just in time! It was a very nice feeling to tick off all those Christmas prompts I'd fallen behind with from my to-do list.
But if you are behind or just haven't been able to play along each week, don't despair. This challenge has always been intended as a no-stress one, so if you want to set yourself smaller goals like joining in every other week, once a month or whenever the mood takes you then do. Real life often gets in the way of our crafting plans so just jump right in when you can. :o)
Now, on to this week's prompt.
It's the return of a colour challenge, and there should be a little something for everyone in this pic:
So you can combine any colours and shades from the above box. Here's my card:
Paper: Crate Paper
Stamps: PTI
Dies: MFT, Cheery Lynn, PTI
Pearls: Kaisercraft
Trim: The Ribbon Girl
Other: 3D foam, sewing machine
So I went with the teals, aqua, pinks, and yellow combo. I also used the mini blooms dies and stamps from PTI for the mini tag in the top corner. They were a nice match for the floral paper, and Adirondack Mountain Rose ink for the main greeting was a good match for the deep coral flowers in the same paper.
Hope you have fun choosing your colours! ;o)
I'll be back to share this week's Christmas cracker card later this week. <g>
I'm still following along even if I don't make or post a card every week. It's always good fun to see what the prompt is going to be :)
