Well, we are nearing the half way point of this year's challenge! Unbelievable eh? Where have all those weeks gone? ;o)
This week I think it's time we focussed our cards on the younger people in our lives.
The youth of today if you will!
So, the challenge is to make a card for a child or teen - if you don't have any recipients that fit this age group then why not focus on making something for someone who is young at heart or is a fan of the cute stuff. :o)
There are lots of possibilities.
The card I'm sharing this week is for a Holy Communion - it's probably not your traditional sort of card, but I know glitter will go down well! <g>
Paper: Crate Paper
Die: Spellbinders
Stamp: PTI
Bling: Prima
Pearls: Kaisercraft
Other: Glitter card, sewing machine, 3D foam, Distress Ink
Despite all that glitter the cross really didn't stand out until I stitched around it, think it really adds the right finishing touch without making everything look too busy. :)
Have fun channelling your young creative spirit!
