And it's also this month's colour challenge over on the Daring Cardmakers blog! :)
After a little pondering and stash raiding I determined it was actually the perfect opportunity to play with some of my new stamps that arrived from Papertrey on Tuesday. Again no customs charge - hurrah!
So here's what I made - apologies re the photo, morning/evening light still isn't quite perfect for taking pics:
Paper and cardstock: PTI
Stamps: PTI
Dies: PTI
Other: 3D foam
Inks: Adirondack - Mountain Rose, Salmon and Willow, Versacolor - Mint, Distress Ink - Tattered Rose
The ink colours are spot on with the colour prompt shades in real life, just so difficult to photograph. I used the Mini Blooms stamps and popped the flowers on the matching dies so they stood out from the green. The font is the new Headline alpha and matching dies and is a lot easier to position and stamp with dye ink than pigment. ;o) It looks like I need some aqua dye ink now! hehe
Don't forget to check out the lovely creations from the rest of the design team - have a happy and creative weekend! :)
Great card. Love the flowers ♥

The will they/won't they customs charge adds an extra thrill (when they don't) I reckon. Love those new stamps and dies. That card is just as pretty as a picture!
