52 Cards challenge 2013 - Week 8

Morning everyone!

I was thinking while we are in February we need a sort of related colour challenge for this month.

Now, I have been wanting to use this pin for some time now as a colour prompt but it's never felt quite right.... but as I was flicking through my Valentine's purchases last week I noticed how many recent releases use colours that sit very nicely in this spectrum.

I would love it if you used the main shades together on your projects this wee, so red, pink, and aqua - even a smidge of gold if you are feeling ambitious.

But if this palette really isn't calling to you take inspiration from any of the colours in the photo - make it work for what you have to hand. :)

Here's my card for this week:

Paper: Crate Paper
Stamps and die: MFT
Brad: Basic Grey
Other: 3D foam

I don't think I am ever going to get bored of my typewriter die and stamp set from MFT - it has some very handy greetings - would be great if they released a Christmas/other holidays companion set. :)

Anyway, I hope you have fun playing with these colours - I look forward to seeing what you make!

That's really a great colour-combo (I also like your christmas-card) and the vintage typewriter sets off so nicely against it! And I just love that zigzag-paper.
