52 Christmas Crackers 2013 - Week 3

So, time to share the Christmas card I made for this week's colour prompt using this pic as inspiration:

I went with the lime green, pale pink, and aqua tones - plus a smattering of red:

Paper: Crate Paper
Dies: Marianne, PTI
Trim: Crate Paper
Stickers: Crate Paper
Stamps: PTI
Other: glassine envelope, 3D foam, white chalk ink

I did attempt to use Mr Huey's opaque white mist on the pink background paper, but it just kept seeping in and you couldn't see any white - wonder if that is due to the paper coating or normal for Mr Huey's on paper rather than cardstock... Grumble...

But at least I had opportunity to break out my Crate Paper pompom trim! ;oD
