So here are the results of trying the Marshmallow and Butterscotch Bar recipe from Cake Days.
Set in the tray since this morning:
Successfully turned out of the tray for slicing - yay for non-stick bakeware:
And then cut up and on the plate ready to be served:
I tried a piece, for quality control purposes of course, and they are very gooey and über-sweet. Think best served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. :o)
