Last night I set about de-stressing after a tidy-up by trying a new baking recipe.
Namely the Magnolia Bakery Marshmallow cupcakes...
The whole melting marshmallows bit was a bit hit and miss with these snowman marshmallows:
But the end result was rather tasty - and extravagant!
Think these will make a good addition to the building Christmas party at work. :o)
