Sumptuous Sapphires...

This week's dare over on the DCM blog is to a create a card based on September's birthstone, the Sapphire.

Well, Sapphires come in a few colours - including pink!

Here's my take on a pink theme. ;o)

Paper: My Mind's Eye
Stamp: Papertrey Ink
Chipboard: American Crafts
Pearls and bling: Prima
Ribbon: Making Memories
Other: Liquid pearls, Stickles

I really think I need to degunk my sewing machine needle - but I like the look of a distressed edge and some machine sewing around the card. :o)
