Struggling...

Have you ever bought a paper line that you just loved when you saw it... Only to struggle to use it months down the line?

Well, at the moment I have that lovely relationship with October Afternoon's Fly a Kite.

I just can't seem to use it to great effect on cards. Grrrr... I may just set it aside for layouts (whatever they are!?) unless I can find some nice inspiration for it.

I'm persevering though and here's a little thank you card using some cut-offs.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a much more creative evening, but tonight I'll be catching up on my V+'d shows before the Great British Bake Off starts! :o)

I know what you mean - I have this paper in my stash too. I found it difficult to use to make cards. I ended up covering notebooks with it and it worked out really well.
Your card is still lovely though!
