Who knew?

French pastry could be so competitive? I am just watching the Storyville documentary on BBC4 about the hugely prestigious and serious MOF competition for French pastry chefs... wow is all I can say!

But while that's going on I'd best update the blog with some quick cards. ;o)

I've gone off-prompt for these and just fancied making something with scraps and left-overs.

Went and finally saw Alice in Wonderland last night - alas not in 3D. It was good, not amazing or great... No idea what I'll be seeing at the cinema next, but there doesn't seem to be all that much out at the moment.

Anyway, back to the pastry and sugar sculptures!
