Might as well upload the layout I finished last night - alas the pics are a bit dodgy as I couldn't be bothered to faff with the scanner tonight. ;o)
It was supposed to be Asian inspired, fit the bill of the stamping Scrap Like You Mean It challenge from weeks and weeks ago and fit the colour scheme of the Fat Buddha logo/card. They used aubergine and lime green... so well... what else was I to do?
Not sure how happy I am with the end result as I had no real journaling space that fitted the bill, but I added some dimension to make the journaling, card and some of the paper pop a bit...
BG papers twinned with Hero Arts Asian stamps and some Bazzill bling.
As per usual it looks better in real life honest... :oS
But it was a very nice lunch out with Zoe and the girls to Fat Buddha's glitzy restaurant - the girls loved the lime green catwalk with sparkly dangly bits quite a lot and the noodles proved tasty yet challenging! hehe
So now that I have this done, plus finally updated my MS Money with 6 month's worth of data, been to the gym for big workout and crossed a few other things off my to-do list for the weekend, tomorrow I plan to just play and chill!
So off to get back to reading my current book and hoping the weather will be as nice as it was today! ;o)
