Not quite arsenic and old lace...

But pearls and lace are the order of the day on the DCM blog this week, as Keilly has set us the challenge of using these much-loved elements on our cards.

Here's the rather simple number I made.

I was going to fuss it up a bit more, but found nothing that went with that lovely patterned paper without totally hiding the rays in the design.

Paper: Pink Paislee, Simple stories
Lace: The Ribbon Girl
Pearls: Kaisercraft
Stamp: PTI
Other: Distress Sticles, sewing machine

I just love the coral colour of that paper combined with aqua - yummy, yummy. I added Picket Fence Distress Stickles to accent the white bits of the paper design - they're not that easy to see here, but they aren't overly glam, just subtly glittery now. :)
